Model Overview
- 1 of 252 Worldwide - Ultra Low Mileage - EU Supplied - UK Registered and Taxes Paid - Highly Collectible Since it's launch in 2005, the Bugatti Veyron has become one of the most well-renowned cars of all time. The development of the Veyron was one of the greatest technological challenges ever known in the automotive industry and 17 years later it's achievements perhaps resonate even more so today. With 1001 bhp, a top speed of 253mph and the ability to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.5 seconds; the Veyron became the fastest production car ever made. What was perhaps even more astounding was that these figures were achieved not by creating a stripped out race car but rather a luxury road car suitable for everyday use. Whilst 450 Veyrons in total were built worldwide, there were only 252 examples of the original 16.4 Veyron. With years of development each Veyron was reported to have costed around Ā£5m to build but whilst it was clearly a loss-maker for the Volkswagen Group it didn't matter as their sole focus to create history by making the greatest automobile ever made. Whatever you think about the Veyron, there is no denying that it changed the game and it will forever be a hugely important part of the history books, the record books and we have little doubt that the collectability of the Veyron can only rise in the future.
