Finished in Azzurro California over Beige, this 2025 Ferrari Roma Spider is a particularly refreshing specification for a car that is, at heart, designed to be enjoyed with the roof down. Many Roma Spiders were ordered in darker, more understated colours, whereas this brighter combination feels far more in keeping with the car’s elegant, summery character.
That elegance is a big part of the Roma Spider’s appeal. Its flowing proportions, fabric roof and relatively restrained styling give it a more timeless feel than many modern supercars, while the 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 still delivers 612bhp through Ferrari’s eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. It remains properly fast, but with a more relaxed and refined character that suits longer journeys and open-top touring just as well.
Having covered just 2,500 miles, this example also benefits from full PPF and a well-judged factory specification including Magneride Dual Mode Suspension, Daytona Style Seats and the Carbon Fibre Steering Wheel with LEDs. Combined with such an unusual and attractive colour scheme, it feels like a Roma Spider that has been configured very much with the spirit of the car in mind.

WHAT THE JOURNALISTS SAY
- It feels bespoke in that way only Ferraris do, with distinct character traits that deliver an all-encompassing and rewarding experience. That it appears to suffer next to no downsides over the coupe from having its roof removed only goes to strengthen its appeal.
- Reverting to an old-school soft-top plays perfectly to the Roma’s stylistic strengths. This is as pretty a car as Ferrari has ever made.
- it’s the Roma Spider's ability to switch between continental cruiser and laser-focused supercar at the flick of a dial that makes it feel every bit the versatile GT the coupe was originally lauded as.
