Built to celebrate AMG's 50th anniversary, the Mercedes AMG GT C Edition 50 Roadster is limited to just 500 examples worldwide. Coming in a choice of just two matte paints, Designo Graphite Grey Magno and Designo Cashmere White Magno, the car features black chrome exterior trim, headlight surrounds and a micro-suede wrapped steering wheel with 12 O’clock accent in silver pearl. Other standout features include uniquely finished darkened chrome forged alloys and the diamond quilted exclusive Silver pearl leather.
It's worth noting that the Edition 50 is based on the AMG GT C rather than the more widely seen GT S bringing extra power as well as the GTR's wider track, adaptive dampers and rear wheel steering over the S model. Overall the Mercedes AMG GT C Edition 50 adds some exclusive aesthetic touches to an already stunning car, making the car more collectable and desirable.

WHAT THE JOURNALISTS SAY
- There’s enough support at each corner from the suspension, and no unwanted movement, to fill you with confidence to push the car. The brakes are easy to modulate too, and you can hold onto them right to the apex of a bend.
- Sideways lairiness is there if you want it but the GT C is more interested in putting its power down smoothly, the centred weight, flat stance and excellent throttle modulation all helping you keep it neat, tidy and fast. Really, really fast.
- All of this combines to make for a really confidence-inspiring experience, allowing you to jump from corner to corner, building speed and exploiting the grip.
