The Porsche 718 Cayman is the baby of the Porsche range but don't let that title fool you, this is a fully fledged, precision engineered sports car from the best in the business. The shorter wheelbase and lighter stature of the 718 makes for a nibbler and nippier driving experience than some of its larger and heavier siblings. Now in its fourth generation a sleeker, wider and generally more aggressive styling language has been adopted meaning the Cayman is one of the best-looking small sports cars on the market. The GTS model employs a 2.5L turbocharged flat-4 boxer engine very similar to the one used in the legendary Subaru Impreza STI, creating a unique and addictive exhaust note. Producing 360 bhp, the 2.5L engine rockets the car from 0 to 60mph in 3.9 seconds, with the sport chrono option ticked, and on to a top speed of 180mph! Other features of the GTS include the 20” alloy wheels, a lower stiffer suspension setup and high-gloss black exterior highlights all add to the sportier look and feel of this beautifully designed car. Overall the 718 Cayman GTS offers class leading build quality, styling and engineering that combined with the performance and driving dynamics make for an incredibly exciting and involving sports car.
"No rival can quite shade it" - Autocar
"The 718 GTS is capable of challenging the 911 as a true sports car." - Evo
