Model Overview
- Minotaur Green Metallic Paint - Very Highly Specified Unique Example - Including "Inspire Comfort" Duotone Interior (£8,665) & Gloss Black Upper & Lower Body Packages (£6,070) - Aston Martin Manufacturer's Warranty until July 2025 - 3 Year Aston Martin Service Plan untill 2025 - UK Supplied The DBX marks a substantial turning point in Aston Martin’s over 100-year history, being the brand’s first ever SUV. The intention was to create a vehicle that could adapt to an array of different driving situations; whether you’re navigating a country road or exploring the dunes of a desert, the DBX provides a luxurious but also dynamic driving experience. Despite its size, the SUV can still be easily distinguished as an Aston Martin due to the DBX’s iconic ‘DB’ grille along with its rear end which resembles the Vantage. Under the bonnet, you’ll find the same 4.0-litre V8 engine that powers both the Vantage and the DB11 except in the DBX, it has been tuned to produce 542 bhp. This means that the DBX will accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in a blistering 4.5 seconds and from then on, the car will continue to storm down the road until it hits 181mph - let us not forget that this is an SUV. Part of the reasoning for the DBX’s sports-car-like performance is by virtue of the lightweight aluminium construction. A surprisingly light kerbweight of just 2245 kg allows the DBX to handle like a car with much smaller dimensions. Air suspension and adaptive dampening allow the four-wheel drive DBX to adjust to any terrain, making it the perfect package for those that wish to maintain a good balance between practicality and excitement.
