The 812 Competizione represents the ultimate evolution of Ferrariās front-engined V12 berlinetta, following in the footsteps of the 599 GTO and F12tdf as the latest in a celebrated line of special-series V12 Ferraris. Its naturally aspirated 6.5-litre engine produces 830cv and revs to an extraordinary 9,500rpm, while reduced weight, independent four-wheel steering and significantly revised aerodynamics make it a far more focused proposition than the 812 Superfast.
This particular example is finished in the highly desirable Rosso Magma, complemented by an Argento Nürburgring and Nero DS racing livery that works particularly well with the Competizioneās more aggressive bodywork. The motorsport-inspired theme continues inside with extensive Alcantara and carbon fibre, while its particularly strong factory specification includes a Suspension Lifter, Passenger Display and Daytona Racing Seats. Having covered just 1,551 miles from new and protected by full PPF, it presents as an exceptionally desirable example.
For collectors, the appeal of the 812 Competizione is easy to understand. It combines Ferrariās special-series pedigree with one of the most extreme naturally aspirated V12 engines the marque has ever produced, while occupying the same lineage as the increasingly coveted 599 GTO and F12tdf. Add the very low mileage, Rosso Magma finish and striking specification of this particular car, and it represents an especially compelling example of one of Ferrariās most significant modern V12s.

WHAT THE JOURNALISTS SAY
- The Competizione is as thrilling as they come. I suppose a V12 that spins to 9500rpm will do that for you. It hauls hard through the mid-range and delivers its power in that rising, soaring way thatās so much more exciting than the all-at-once torque whack you get with turbos.
- I never imagined a front-engined, rear-wheel drive car with so much power could be this approachable. Once you're into a rhythm it isn't the least bit intimidating, because it's always on your side.
- If the 812 Competizione is the last Ferrari to have a naturally-aspirated V12, we canāt think of a better way of going out with a bang. Itās a raucous expression of whatās possible. When ICE cars are banished in 2030, this is one we'll look back fondly on.
