Finished in spectacular Giallo Triplo Strato with the contrasting Grigio Opaco roof, this 599 GTO is a particularly rare and striking example of what has become one of the most collectible modern Ferraris. The 599 was only the third road-going Ferrari to wear the legendary GTO badge after the 250 GTO and 288 GTO, and rather than simply being a more powerful version of the 599 GTB, it drew heavily on the 599XX programme. Its 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 produces 671bhp, while a 100kg weight reduction, faster gearbox, revised aerodynamics and extensive use of carbon fibre helped make it faster around Fiorano than the Enzo. In a model already limited to just 599 examples worldwide, the triple-layer yellow paintwork makes this particular car especially unusual, with the Grigio Opaco roof providing the signature GTO contrast.
