The Porsche Taycan, which translates to 'Spirited Young Horse’ in Turkish, is Porsche's first fully electric vehicle after the highly praised Mission E concept. The Taycan offers a sleek, elegant and futuristic design in appearance, in keeping with other Porsche model features and harnesses technologies from the Le Mans-winning 919 race car, which becomes evident in the performance data.
The Taycan Cross Turismo essentially bridges the gap between a fast, high-performing vehicle and family vehicle that is able to tackle the most uneven of terrain. There is more headroom at the rear over the normal Taycan thanks to the raised roofline which forms an estate-like silhouette. This isn’t just a Taycan with a beefier look. The Cross Turismo Receives a raised ride height and tweaked suspension to allow it tackle harsh road surfaces and even off-road terrain. The Turbo S example brings with it huge amounts of power (750bhp to be precise) as well as the Cross Turismo performance capability. The Taycan Cross Turismo has added a new dimension to the electric vehicle range across the manufacturer board.
