Ferrari F430 Spider used as taxi in Mexican PR stunt

Recently in a PR Stunt in the Mexican city of Guadalajara, the Trident Chewing Gum Company deployed a pair of luxury supercars on the streets to make an impact on the unsuspecting public.

A few lucky and unsuspecting taxi passengers were given the ride of their lives around the Guadalajara city, courtesy of the Chewing Gum Company who were promoting a new addition to their chewing gum.

The standard Nissan Sentra/Tsuru cabs were swapped with a Ferrari F430 and a Porsche Panamera, which had been coloured and sign-written in the Taxi Company’s standard yellow and blacked chequered livery. The supercar cabs even came equipped with all the correct lights to be legal, the only other giveaway to the PR stunt was that customers were greeted by the cabbie wearing a full face race helmet.

This PR stunt was for the production a viral video that has been seen around the internet, where the company were promoting the new buggle gum. You can see many unsuspecting passengers climb into the supercar taxi and get transported in a rather sporty fashion to their destination.
