The GT12 is the most hardcore and track-focused variant of the Vantage range, reflecting upon Aston Martin’s GT3 racecar success at Le Mans. Limited to 100 units worldwide, the Vantage GT12 rounds up 10 years of the Vantage and has been dubbed as ‘The Ultimate Aston Martin Vantage’.

Heavily inspired by the GT3 cars, the GT12 receives a large rear wing, front splitter and wider arches – this car has serious presence. The aesthetics have a specific function on top of the looks with the wing and splitter generating huge amounts of downforce and the wider track allowing for more grip. The real showstopper however is the sound produced by the naturally aspirated 5.9L V12. Pushing the start button awakens the beast which purrs on idle. The sound emitted from the titanium exhaust system is both aggressive and addictive, encouraging you to build up the revs and explore the torque curve.

Due to it being a GT car for the road, weight saving was one of the priorities. The bodywork extensively utilises carbon fibre and other lightweight components including a carbon fibre propshaft and cast magnesium inlet manifold. The interior is also laden carbon fibre features such as the doorcards and centre console, which really evokes the feeling of driving a Le Mans car.
