One of AMG's most beloved models the C63 has a special place in many car enthusiast's heart. Synonomous with the AMG V8 engine there was shock and horror when Mercedes decided to do away with the V8 engine on the latest C63 and in its place a 4-cylinder plug-in hybrid. Whilst some of the older models proudly housed the 6.2L Naturally aspirated V8, perhaps the most refined of the C63s was the era of the 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 engine which in 2019 received a mid-life facelift. With the instantly recognizable ‘Panamericana Grille’ borrowed from the GT63 and a brand new 9-speed gearbox, amongst several other updates, the C63 came of age and it's the S Coupe variant which stands tall as the sportiest and best performing variant in the C63 range.
