With production of the Huracán now at an end and its naturally aspirated V10 replaced by the twin-turbo hybrid powertrain of the Temerario, the STO has increasingly emerged as perhaps the most collectible derivative of Lamborghini's hugely successful V10 supercar. Developed using technology and experience from Lamborghini Squadra Corse's Super Trofeo and GT3 programmes, it combines a 640PS naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 with rear-wheel drive, rear-wheel steering and a body constructed extensively from carbon fibre. Yet it is the character of the STO that increasingly sets it apart: raw, uncompromising and dominated by an unadulterated V10 soundtrack, it feels very much like the Huracán created for the true enthusiast, and values have started to respond accordingly.
This particular example is especially impressive, not only for the level of specification but for how carefully it has been configured. Grigio Lynx paintwork was protected with Satin Paint Protection from new, giving the car its distinctive matt finish and working perfectly with the Full Exterior Carbon Pack in Matt Carbon, including the rear diffuser, snorkel and rear wing. Matt Black 20-inch HEK Monolock wheels complete the stealth-like appearance, while the Verde Selvans lower contrast scheme and matching green CCMR brake calipers provide a welcome flash of traditional Lamborghini colour.
With just one owner from new, full paint protection and it's services carried out every year by a main Lamborghini dealer, the provenance matches the specification. As the market increasingly recognises the STO as one of the defining cars of the naturally aspirated Huracán era, examples of this quality are becoming particularly sought after, and this is undoubtedly one of the best we have come across.

WHAT THE JOURNALISTS SAY
- It still delivers a colossal hit of performance in any of its modes, one that’s backed up by an epic soundtrack.
- For response, noise and giving you instant, millimetre-perfect access to the chassis no other supercar in this sector comes close. It is jaw-droppingly fierce, possessed of wonderful accuracy.
- The response and soundtrack is just too special to overlook. It continues to be the highlight of this car.
