The V12 Vantage S is an uncompromising masterpiece built to satisfy the most demanding driver bringing together both power and sophistication in one package. With 3 stage adaptive damping system, uprated carbon ceramic brakes, quick-witted power steering with two-mode level of assistance and a sport button that sharpens the car's responses and behaviour, it is unashamedly optimised for on-limit driving. The V12 experience is accentuated with the Roadster variant, exposing you to the exquisite harmony produced by the naturally aspirated 5.9 litre V12. Despite being the Roadster variant, the performance of the Vantage S still excels, with a top speed of 201 mph, putting most hard top rivals to shame.
For the 2017 model year Aston Martin introduced the manual gearbox to the V12 Vantage S. Although a manual stick was available on the early V12 Vantage models the more aggressive 'S' variants had only been available with the Sportshift III gearbox as the world of supercars moved further away from manual gearboxes. Aston Martin fortunately had other ideas and built a unique 7-speed manual version which includes a dog-leg first gear in the spirit of old school racing transmissions. A driver's car in the truest sense of the word and a cool retro feature that epitomizes the character of the V12 Vantage. Along with other 2017 model year updates including a new style facia, the latest AMi III infotainment which includes Apple Carplay and a much improved sat nav, the latest version of the V12 Vantage S is created for those that revel in the satisfying pursuit of challenge and reward.
