Romans International Convoy to Goodwood Breakfast Club Supercar Sunday

Sunday 1st June 2025 marked our first trip of the year to the legendary Goodwood Motor Circuit in sunny Sussex for the annual Supercar Sunday Breakfast Club event.

What started as an early morning gathering at 6:00 am transformed into an unforgettable day of automotive passion, bringing together over 20 customer supercars for a spirited drive through the stunning countryside - in true convoy fashion, of course!

The Perfect Start to a Sunday

Our convoy departed from Romans International's Surrey showroom at 6:30 am sharp, with participants arriving at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit by 7:50 am - perfectly positioned to secure prime spots for the day's spectacular display of modern machinery. 

The early start proved more than worthwhile as our collection of extraordinary machines took their places both on the famous circuit and within the exclusive paddocks, drawing admiring glances from fellow enthusiasts throughout the morning.

A Moment to Cherish

While our convoy certainly turned heads, the standout moment came courtesy of Hypra Lusso's extraordinary presence at the event. Their display featured some of the world's most exclusive hypercars, including the recently road-legal converted Pagani Zonda R - a machine that transforms the legendary track-only monster into street-legal form. 

Witnessing such automotive artistry made the entire journey worthwhile and reminded us why events like Goodwood remain at the heart of supercar culture - something we are very proud to be part of.

Celebrating McLaren's Legacy

The timing couldn't have been more perfect, with our McLaren 720S Spider taking pride of place among a stunning collection of McLarens celebrating 15 years since the revolutionary MP4-12C was unveiled. Being able to park our 720S Spider amongst this heritage display served as a powerful reminder of McLaren's incredible journey from their first modern supercar to today's cutting-edge hypercars.

The Royal Oak Experience

Following the main event, our group continued to The Royal Oak in the historic market town of Midhurst for an exclusive private breakfast. This carefully selected venue provided the perfect setting for our community to unwind, share stories from the morning's adventures, and discuss their automotive passions over excellent food and coffee. 

The intimate atmosphere allowed for genuine connections between fellow enthusiasts, creating the foundation for lasting friendships within our Romans family.

The overwhelmingly positive response from our participants has been incredibly rewarding. Clients went out of their way to express their appreciation for the organisation and attention to detail, with many commenting on how much fun they had throughout the entire experience.
