Bugatti will be aiming to achieve another milestone for luxury cars as they have confirmed they are working on a successor to the Veyron and it is likely to have a hybrid powerplant following in the footsteps of the Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid.

Bugatti’s chief engineer Jen Schulenberg has stated ‘We are working on the next super sports-car’ which is thought to include some industry-changing technology and materials including fully carbon fibre wheels. He added ‘Hybrid’s are definitely something we’re looking at’.

There is little doubt that the benchmark for performance cars will go up another notch and rules and records are going to be broken with the Bugatti Super Sports 268mph world record most definitely in their sights.

The next Bugatti to come out will more likely be the 4-door Galibier which is thought to be released in 2014 and rumoured to have 1000bhp. If your interested in a current Bugatti Veyron for sale then contact us at Romans, we have a fantastic example in stock currently
