Frankie’s Special Day at Romans International

  • Frankie’s Special Day at Romans International

On Sunday the 6th of November, Romans International were delighted to hold a car meet at the showroom and then a convoy to the University College Hospital London for 10-year-old Frankie Biggs; who has a condition called Osteosarcoma. This is a rare form of bone cancer. He has tumours in both knees and is having two bionic knees fitted which will grow with his body.

Frankie is a huge petrol head and with our wide variety of supercars on display, we were more than happy to give him the VIP treatment to make his day extra special. Besides our cars in stock, other supercar owners and friends showed up in support for Frankie. The list of cars that turned up was incredible including the legendary Ferrari F40, Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale, Ferrari 488 GTB and many others.

Being an avid Lamborghini fan, Frankie got to take a seat in our recently sold blue Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster and he even fired it up. It was very special to see his face light up when the Italian V12 erupted into life.

It was heart-warming to see Frankie and his friends and family all having a good time being surrounded by these amazing cars at our showroom.

It was a pleasure to host such a special occasion and the support for Frankie was overwhelming. It’s a day we certainly wont forget in a hurry and we hope Frankie won’t too. Thank you to everyone who took part and made it a day to remember. We wish Frankie the best of luck with his operation and we look forward to seeing him fit and strong very soon.
