Ferrari looking for the latest in graduate talent

The luxury sports car manufacturer Ferrari is opening its doors to new graduates looking to work in the world of luxury sports cars. Ferrari recently announced it was holding a world-wide recruitment campaign aimed at new graduates, to find new, young and fresh talent to inject into the companies structure.

The entire selection process will be held in English, candidates are first chosen via an online selection process, incorporating an English test, comprehensive test regarding technical knowledge and psychometric tests.

This will be followed by an interview via a video conference call, which is mandatory. Through these selection processes a final group will be chosen for the final tests held at Ferrari’s headquarters, in Maranello.

The first phase in the project will see selected graduates joining the production process department, the technical department and the production technology department. Chosen candidates will be initially offered an internship for a six month duration, which in the long term could lead to full time employment and a career in the Ferrari Company.
