Meet the Team

Having served over 20 years as a sales executive at Romans, Anthony took on the role of our sales manager in 2019. Whilst still dedicated to looking after his loyal client base Anthony is always on hand to offer his vast experience and expertise in the luxury car market to both clients and staff members alike.

Nicknamed ‘The Swede’ Ben has been a loyal and reliable member of the team since he joined in 2001. He spent his younger years working at BMW and was hand-picked by Paul to join the sales team where his calm and knowledgeable approach ensures his clients will get a first class experience.

Dream Road Trip: Taking a McLaren 765LT Spider to the Monaco GP with his brother.

Originally known to the Jaconelli family at a young age from being Paul’s personal trainer. Kristian was inspired by Paul to join the motor industry and after 10 years working with Land Rover and BMW, he was then recruited to join the Romans sales team where he brings positive energy to the whole showroom and ensures all his clients leave with a smile on their face.

Dream Road Trip: Quite simply driving on quiet B roads to Cornwall in an F12 TDF with his wife.

‘Bonny’ as she is better known joined the Romans sales team in 2017. Having been a family friend to the Jaconellis for many years, she embarked on a career in the motor industry with Audi, before moving industries into selling London’s elite properties. When the opportunity arose to join Romans she leapt back into automotive and now consistently ensures our clients love to #buyacarfrombonny.

Thanks to our recent expansion we started looking for another sales executive to join the team and there was one name who stood out. Having spent the best part of 20 years in the luxury car industry and well-known to the business, Stephen was our first choice and has been a natural fit from day one.

Dream Road Trip: Driving from London to South Africa in a Defender 110 with David Attenborough.

Brad originally joined Romans as our events and social media manager but when an opportunity arose to join our buying department Brad seized it with both hands and we realised he was a natural in the role and was fast-tracked into being one of our main buyers. Brad has quickly grown a network of clients and comes highly recommended if you’re looking to sell your car.

Dream Road Trip: Tackling the Fiorano Test Mountains in a Porsche Carrera GT, with a friend.

Guy joined the Romans team in 2021 as a full-time buyer with plenty of luxury car experience due to his 4 years working with HR Owen and before that at Land Rover Battersea. Guy has built up a reputation with our clients for providing a seamless and enjoyable experience when selling your car, sourcing us some of the finest stock on the market.

Dream Road Trip: Driving along the Pacific Coast Highway with Ricky Gervais, in a full carbon, manual Pagani Zonda F Roadster

With our buyers often out on the road viewing and collecting cars they are buying, we added Kaela to the team who ensures all the admin involved with buying cars is taken care of back at base. Kaela is a true petrolhead who spends her weekends attending car events in her V8 Mustang so is very much in her element at Romans.

Dream Road Trip: Tackling the Stelvio Pass in a Ferrari F40, with Ryan Reynolds in the passenger seat.

Lisa has spent the vast majority of her working life at Romans and is as loyal and hard-working as they come. Lisa runs the Romans admin department to the highest degree where she doesn’t miss a beat.

Dream Road Trip: Driving down the Miami coast in a white Ferrari with her best friend and ideally with 2 seats in the back for her kids.

Sally-Ann rejoined the company in 2014 having worked together with Paul in his earlier years. As part of the admin team Sally-Ann ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes and that all our paperwork and processing is in very capable hands.

Dream Road Trip: Travelling round the wineries and vineyards in Cape Town with her husband, driving a Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet.

Josh joined us at the start of 2022 having already established a thriving career in digital marketing. As an avid petrolhead, the chance to combine his skillset with his passion was a perfect match. Josh’s growing responsibility within the business includes looking after our email campaigns, web content, graphic design as well as overseeing various other elements of our marketing. 

Dream Road Trip: Cruising the Croatian mountains, with the roof off in a Ferrari F50 with his girlfriend.

As we aimed to take our social media content to the next level we recently brought in the highly talented Joe, an experienced creator with a passion for automotive photography. Joe is responsible for some of the beautiful imagery and video content you will see on our Instagram and is set to continue building our following on Tik Tok and YouTube.

Living locally to the showroom Tyler had always been a regular visitor to Romans in his youth with a clear passion for supercars. Joining the company in 2020 just before the pandemic struck, Tyler has been mainly responsible for getting all the stock advertised using his encyclopaedic car knowledge. More recently Tyler has taken on the role of our website photographer and is quickly learning his craft and adding to his skillset.

Working with Paul since he was 14 after he left school, Martin has been with us since the very beginning and brings a wealth of experience. Working alongside his family members Martin ensures that Romans standards are the very highest in the industry.

Dream Road Trip: Driving down the Pacific Coast in an AC Cobra 427 with Steve McQueen

Born and raised in France, Hugues has a passion for detail and a flair for the finer things in life. Having looked after the Royal Family of Dubai during his career as well as managing estates for HNW individuals, Hugues rides his moped into Romans every day to ensure our showrooms, forecourts and all of the cars are presented as the crème de la crème of the industry.

Dream Road Trip: A trip to Bellagio, Italy, driving a Lamborghini Miura S with Julia Roberts in the passenger seat.

Miles joined us in 2016 as an apprentice and has worked his way up to being our workshop manager. With the benefit of being trained by his father Martin who he still works alongside today, Miles has an exceptional work ethic, a keen eye for detail and is dedicated to providing the highest level of car care for each and every vehicle he works on.

Another from the Bullen dynasty, Geoff re-joined Romans in 2022 having worked with Paul in his earlier years. A true grafter, Geoff brings a relentless work ethic, mechanical skills and vast experience to the valeting team.

Dream Road Trip: Taking a Mercedes SL55 through the alps with his wife.

Tall-Paul as he is affectionately known, is another loyal member of the team having worked at Romans from the beginning. The king of the odd-job, whether it’s cleaning, driving or buying in the pizzas we know we can always rely on Tall-Paul.

One of Tom's uncles who spent most of his career in education and is a qualified football coach, but "Uncle Roger" has always kept his toe in the car trade. As part of his semi-retirement, we were delighted to get him on board as a driver where he adds his personal charm to each and every journey.
