The 4 GTS employs technology from the 992 Turbo S such as the suspension and brakes, meaning that the car can cope with its higher performance figures over the other Carreras. Power is up 30 bhp over the Carrera S with a 0-62mph time delivered in 3.3 seconds thanks to the 4-wheel drive system in the 4 GTS and a top speed of 192mph. Despite being twin-turbocharged, chasing the 7400rpm redline is intoxicating, with ample noise pouring into the cabin, adding to the sense of occasion. The 992 4 GTS deals with daily driving conditions with ease, with the PDK gearbox seamlessly engaging the necessary gear, but with the twist of the steering wheel dial, it instantly turns into a completely different animal, delivering a driving experience that is both intoxicating and absorbing.
