Gone is the naturally aspirated 4.5 litre V8 found in the sublime 458 Italia and Speciale and in its place is a down sized, direct -injection 3.9 litre twin-turbo flat plane-crank V8. It's more efficient but also massively more powerful. With 661 bhp and 560 lb ft of torque, the 488 GTB has outrageous performance and such impressive drivability.
