Bentley Continental GT Speed

First launched in 2007, the Bentley Continental GT Speed is designed to be an tuned, sportier variant of the enormously successful Continental GT. With an increase in power output from the 6.0L W12 powerplant, the model also benefits from a carbon ceramic brake option, improved cooling and revised grill and body-styling, along with a lowered ride height, uprated anti-roll bars, spring and damper settings, new wheels and tyres and cosmetic enhancements. Soon after, a GTC Speed convertible variant was added to the model line-up.

The Continental GT Speed and GTC Speed returned for the second-generation car with similarly sporty improvements to the standard model, as well as stylish ‘black-pack’ cosmetic options. The Speed moniker is expected to return on the latest third-generation Bentley Continental GT and GTC in 2020, having been used in other model ranges including the Flying Spur, Mulsanne and Bentayga.
