Its official, the new Range Rover “Evoque” has won the prestigious award of “Scottish Car of the Year 2011”, which was presented by the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers.
Land Rover’s newest edition in the Range Rover line-up, the Evoque initially walked away with the “Best Compact SUV” award, and then fought off 10 other category winners in a final vote to take the coveted title of Scottish Car of the Year.

The Range Rover Evoque sees its base model being equipped as a 2-wheel drive option to save both weight and fuel. This means that for the first time Range Rover can offer CO2 emissions below 130g/km and combined fuel economy of 58mpg.
